Returns may be given up to 30 days after sale with receipt in original packaging for UNUSED product.
SEASONAL PRODUCTS:
No Returns on purchases for month prior to celebration. Examples:
No Returns on Halloween items purchased in October.
No Returns on Christmas & New Year items purchased in December.
No Returns on Valentines items purchased January 15-February 15
No Returns on St. Patrick’s Day items purchased February 17-March 18.
No Returns on Canada items purchased June 1- July 1.
Refunds will be given in the same tender and same card as payment. Cash payments may be refunded in the form of a cheque.
Cheque refunds may take up to 21 days.
Refunds to accounts will be applied to the same account.
A restocking charge of 20% may apply.
Intimate wearables, including wigs, may not be returned.
Food items may not be returned.
Webstore orders require prior authorization for return. Customer is responsible for shipping charge.
The Party Bazaar reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used or if there is an expectation that the product has been used.
