Locally owned and operated since 1977, The Party Bazaar is best known as "the place to go" for the best selection of Halloween costumes, costume accessories, decorations, wigs and makeup.

The Party Bazaar sells balloons and balloon bouquets at our retail stores, and offers wholesale balloons for clowns and other retailers. We offer helium tank rentals, carnival game rentals and gaming wheel rentals to schools, hotels, restaurants and clubs in the Lower Mainland.

The Party Bazaar offers imprinted wedding invitations, custom imprinted balloons and corporate promotional items.
